About Us
Naser Mohamed Al-Sayer Asphalt Production Co. W.L.L. is a member of the NMAS Group of Companies. This company was established in 1998 as part of our developing manufacturing business in the construction sector.

Plant
Road building specifications are ever more precise and demanding. Our fully computerized, automatic plant covers the range for any application, from street maintenance to airport runway surfaces. Our plant is equipped with a bag filter to ensure low particulate emissions for a cleaner environment.

Production
Our experienced crews have been paving the way to excellence in most of the major projects undertaken in Kuwait both in the Government and private sectors. All of our asphalt mixes are designed to meet specific customer requirements and match criteria for durability, workability and handling. Our asphalt division is supported by our quality control team and an experienced knowledgeable staff. Our fully equipped modern laboratory is capable of handling the most demanding tests.

Material
Our material is imported gabro aggregates from the U.A.E. Locally available, local sand and bituminous products are used from Government approved sources. All our products are produced to meet local and international specifications and standards.

Supply and Testing
We undertake supply of various asphalt mixes, laying, compacting, sampling and testing.
Our distributor tankers ensure an even rate for the spray of MC-70 and emulsion products.
We are the market leaders in Kuwait providing the highest levels of customer service and product quality control.
